Document retention

Supportive Financial Planning Limited is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS was set up by law to provide consumers with a free, independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know. We will take the first opportunity to resolve matters. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a dispute with you to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the FOS. Further information about the FOS can be found by logging onto the Financial Ombudsman website.
Supportive Financial Planning Limited is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme established under the Financial Services Act 2000. You may be entitled to compensation from this scheme in the event that we are unable to meet our liabilities.
